We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and if meet the following criteria:
- The product has passed its best before date when received
-The wrong product has been incorrectly supplied
- We deem the product faulty
Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.
Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds and returns won't be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind
- Ordered or chosen incorrectly
-Incorrectly stored
We book all our deliveries through either Transdirect or Australia Post.
Delivery times may vary depending on location.
